How to create a spa in your own bathroom!

If you're like me, after working hard from Monday to Friday - the first thing that morning yearning Saturday was a relaxing bath followed by a facial steam silence and maybe a manicure. This usually requires a trip to the local day spa, but with some updates to modernize your bathroom - you can bring the spa feeling at home!

There are a few key components to create a bathroom with spa and things are calming colors, decor and soft lighting and natural textures on the furniture and materials.

Colors: We go to the spa to relax and objective final total relaxation. Wall decor and colors are essential to recreate your bathroom spa retreat. Warm neutral colors are best. Cafes, sage green and even yellow are all earthy colors are off. Avoid pure white as it can be very cold and clinical color and contrast, avoid bright vibrant colors as vibrant and energetic cry.

The Vanity and Sink: Your bathroom furniture, through vanity and sink to add the finishing touches to your spa retreat. When possible, incorporate different textures and materials in their design. For example, exotic woods, stone or wood mixed with solid color combined with frosted glass tops against. The lines must be clean and the hardware must be both free and discreet too.

Have fun with your new space and add a music source, over-sized shower heads and seats as well. With a little more decorative pieces such as flowers, candles and water features - you'll be well on your way to a quiet spa.
